Project Agreements

Before starting, we may provide a quotation, proposal, or agreement outlining:

• Deliverables & estimated timeline
• Project cost & number of revisions
• Payment terms

Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and may affect the timeline.

Pricing & Payments

All project prices will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Depending on the project, we may require an upfront deposit before starting production.

Work may be paused if an agreed payment is delayed. Once production has started, deposits may be non-refundable where resources have already been committed.

Revisions

We aim to deliver work that meets the agreed creative direction and project requirements.

The number of included revisions will depend on the individual project agreement.

Additional revisions or major changes outside scope may result in extra fees and an extended deadline.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information:

• Logos and brand assets
• Text and scripts
• Images or reference materials
• Product information
• Feedback and approvals

Delays in providing materials may change the original project timeline.

Project Approval

Once a client approves a design, storyboard, animation, or final deliverable, further major changes may be treated as additional work.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before final production or delivery.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of original working files, production files, templates, techniques, and internal creative assets.

Upon full payment, the client receives agreed rights to use final deliverables for specified purposes.

Source files are not automatically included unless specifically agreed upon.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed, we may display completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.

If a project is confidential or subject to an NDA, we will respect the applicable confidentiality requirements.

Third-Party Materials

Some projects may include third-party assets, fonts, music, stock footage, plugins, or other licensed materials subject to relevant licensing terms.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide do not infringe the rights of others.

Website Use

Website content is for general information and promotional purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy or reproduce content without permission
• Use our branding or IP without authorization
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Use the website for unlawful purposes

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us during a project.

Where a separate confidentiality agreement or NDA exists, its terms will apply to the covered confidential information.

Project Delays

We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

Deadlines may be affected by delayed feedback, requirement changes, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellation

Either party may request cancellation of a project.

If cancelled after work has started, the client may be responsible for payment of work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

Any refund will be considered according to the project agreement and amount of work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profits, or other consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
